Therapeutic mentorship is a space where we explore your inner world, patterns, and ways of moving through life.
Through conversation, we look at your challenges, relationships, habits, and the rhythm of your everyday life. Together we explore what supports you, what may be holding you back, and how you can bring more clarity, presence, and alignment in your life.
This is not classical psychotherapy and it is not coaching. It is my own integrative approach, where I combine professional knowledge and personal experience to create a supportive and honest space for deeper self-understanding and sustainable change.

Introductory session: €50
During the introductory session we get to know each other and explore whether the process feels right for you. We also discuss possible next steps and the structure of further work together. Each process is unique and shaped around the individual.

Therapeutic Yoga
Therapeutic Yoga is a gentle, grounding practice designed to help you connect with your body and calm your nervous system.
By combining yoga, somatic exercises, and breathing techniques, it supports you in exploring your inner space, cultivating presence, and learning to self-regulate.

Simply Plant-Based is a short guide to whole-food, plant-based nutrition, designed for anyone who wants to easily incorporate more plant-based meals into their daily life.
It gathers essential knowledge, practical tips, and simple ideas for preparing nourishing plant-based dishes. This guide is intended as a first orientation for anyone curious about plant-based eating, without complicated rules or feelings of restriction.
