Hello, I'm Brina. I see life as an ongoing voyage of genuine self-discovery through diverse experiences.
I find joy in quiet corners of nature, yoga, cooking, writing, reading a good book, nice music, spontaneous dancing, meaningful conversations, new experiences, and moments that fill me with curiosity, joy, and peace.
Those who know me well describe me as fun, direct, analytical, determined, independent, and compassionate – someone who loves to explore, share insights, and ask thoughtful questions.
Academically, I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Biopsychology. I have also completed training in psychedelic psychotherapy (Zajčja Luknja Institute) and earned a certificate in Whole-Food Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University. Additionally, I have trained in somatically oriented EMDR, therapeutic yoga, and yin yoga.
I work within the Smisel Sebe Institute and the Zajčja Luknja Institute. In my practice, I combine professional knowledge with personal experience, allowing me to support individuals holistically – both as a practitioner and as a person with her own lived experience.
